Are you ready for the challenge to take on some of the toughest climbs in the country??

Now renamed to fully reflect the full beauty and remoteness of the route along with the ferocity of the challenge, the former Pendle Pedal is now in its 5th year. Whether you know the area or not you are in for a treat in one of the most scenic and traffic free areas in England.

Previously tackled by pro riders on the Tour of Britain, Kellogg's Tour, Tour of Lancashire races and lasts year’s National Road Race Championships.

The full Bowland Beast is 160km (100miles) with over 3200m of climbing and the Bowland Challenge which is  100km (60miles) with over 1700m of climbing.

You’ll conquer many challenging climbs and descents that are renowned throughout cycling such as the magnificent Barley Fell, Waddington Fell, Nick O Pendle, Bowland Knotts, the Lune Valley, Trough of Bowland, Chipping and Longridge Fell.

Cyclists can choose from the following routes:

• The Bowland Beast - 160km (100miles) with over 3200m of climbing

• The Bowland Challenge - 100km (60miles) with over 1700m of climbing.

The prices below are available online only and until the 3rd January 2011. There is no online admin fee.

* You can register a group of any size but groups 4 or more get a discount of £1 per person. All group members must be added at the same time to receive the discount.
